The Nightlyfe Group LLC is the parent company of Nightlyfe TV, Nightlyfe radio and Nightlyfe Magazine, as well as the websites, Nightlyfetv.net , Nightlyferadio.com, and Nightlyfemag.com. The main focus of the Nightlyfe Group is bring to prominence all night life related activities in both the radio, TV print and online.

The business began as a print publication back in 2005 and continued to evolve as the print industry and the entire media landscape changed. With the advent of digital television, the transition into a more visual medium seemed the logical next step. The Nightlyfe Group is planning on launching the Nightlyfe TV channel  in 2010. Nightlyfe TV will become the flagship enterprise in our venture. Nightlyfe TV will be a full fledged TV channel with original and syndicated programming, as well as enhanced features  focused on all things night life related, from Clubs, bars, music, movies events, etc.  More than a viral network of videos, we will produce and syndicate original content and become one of the nations first online & HD TV channels that will redefine your night life experience.

The major rebranding of the entire business platform now sees all the various aspects fused into one cohesive element branded Nightlyfe TV. This change in our business paradigm is on par with the industry wide shift to digital and HD media content. Nightlyfe Magazine will go into hiatus and online content will migrate to the appropriate areas on Nightlyfe TV online.  We will reintroduce Nightlyfe Magazine post NightlyfeTV launch as a complimentary publication to the TV channel.

Nightlyfe City & Nightlyfe Drinks have now been integrated into Nightlyfe TV and will also incorporating video content. The new section The Scene will rely heavily on user supplied content and focus on night life news, features and related video content.

Nightlyfe Radio will remain as the only other stand alone Sister Site to Nightlyfe TV.  Nightlyfe Radio streams at 128kpbs stereo.
